Altitash is a large area situated in the eastern part of Antalya city, close to the city’s airport. It holds a significant and strategic position, with great potential for growth.

Geographically, Antalya city has already experienced considerable growth in the western direction and doesn’t offer much room for further expansion due to the presence of mountains and limited available land. The only areas with potential for development are the eastern and northern parts of Antalya. As we move towards the north, we move away from the Mediterranean Sea, making the eastern part of Antalya the most favorable for growth.

Additionally, all the luxurious hotels and tourist resorts in Antalya are located slightly outside the city, closer to the Altitash area. This makes Altitash a prime location, bridging the gap between Antalya city and one of the largest tourist regions in Turkey.

From a political perspective, the municipality of Antalya has devised extensive development plans for Altitash. One of the key initiatives is the construction and establishment of a massive tourist and recreational complex in the northern part of Altitash. They also aim to enhance the quality of Lara Beach (Lara Plaji) in the southern part of Altitash. A similar program was successfully implemented in Konyaalti Beach a few years ago, leading to a significant increase in its popularity in recent years.

These factors, along with various other details, have attracted significant investments to Altitash. As a result, large-scale and high-quality hotel projects with unique concepts are being developed in this area, setting it apart from other parts of Antalya.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
