This project is a complex under-construction extends over a land area of 14.300 m2 and consists of four blocks A1, A2, B1, B2 in 156 apartments. Each block of the complex consists of three floors: Ground floor (all ground floors of the blocks are type 1+1 apartments), first and second floors are (2+1 and 3+1 duplex apartments). • The complex is decorated with a green area 4,415 m2. • There is out-door swimming pool with 600 m2, outdoor kids swimming pool 55 m2. • Underground car park (one car park for each unit), fitness hall, sauna, kids playground. • Shuttle service to the Lara Sandy Beach three times per day.
